We do not make money off maintenance calls like other firms. Instead, we use our directory of contractors and handymen to find the most cost-effective and proper way to deal with issues. We inspect any issue on a property. We don’t simply dispatch a tech and send out a bill, but we often find we can repair or remedy it on our own, and we often do so at no cost to clients.
