We do not make money from maintenance calls, like nearly every firm. Instead, we use our directory of contractors and handymen to find the most cost-effective and appropriate way to address issues. We inspect any issues on a property. We don’t simply dispatch a tech and send out a bill, but we often find we can repair or remedy it on our own, and we often do so at no cost to clients whenever we can.
